Mirko Trotta

Full Stack Developer

I'm a full stack developer based in Germany with a background in design, content systems, and digital production.

I build user-focused frontends and practical backend services using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI — and I'm currently deepening my infrastructure and automation skills to support cleaner, more scalable systems.

My technical journey started at 13, learning MS-DOS from a stack of books my father gave me. I never studied computer science or attended a bootcamp — I learned by building: first websites, then automation tools, and eventually full stack apps.

Before becoming a developer, I worked as an art director in digital agencies — producing campaigns, managing delivery, and building websites for small businesses. That shaped how I approach engineering today: with precision, structure, and care for the end user.

At Santana Consulting, I support client platforms in the fitness industry — building user flows, solving integration challenges, and managing content logic across tools and services.

My side projects include Moon Site, a full stack boilerplate using Next.js, FastAPI, and Markdown, and a Streamlit-based web scraper. I'm also exploring AI agent workflows, DevOps tools, and cloud deployment.

If you're looking for a developer who understands both frontend and backend systems — and who brings curiosity, discipline, and real-world delivery — I'd be glad to connect.
